Inspectrum Offers

Inspectrum Offers A Complete Line of Inspection Services

We offer home inspection services of condos, single family homes, multi-unit buildings and small commercial properties for buyers, sellers, condo associations and investors. We discuss the inspection options with each client to make sure we give the maximum value for the cost of the inspection. Fees are based on the type of property inspected and its price. Condo “unit-only” inspections begin at $325.00 and single family homes begin at $625.00. We have chosen to remain home inspection generalists, and do not offer radon, lead, asbestos, termite, insect or mold inspections, as these are best done by specifically licensed professionals. However, we have been trained in these specialty areas, and if we suspect problems may exist, we will advise clients to pursue specialized testing. Inspections can normally be scheduled within 72 hours of your call. At the end of the inspection the report is reviewed with the client and the final report is emailed within 36 hours. Payments are due at the time of the inspection in the form of cash, checks, or Visa/MasterCard.
